A clear scope from the start.
For one supported website. Routine maintenance and check-ins are separate from your editing hour. Edits use text and images you provide; with your approval, the hour can also cover a suggested small usability improvement. Unused time does not roll over. Hosting and paid tools are separate. New pages, redesigns, backend changes, major upgrades, and larger repairs are quoted first.
Sam will follow up using your checkout email to arrange access and the first month’s work. Please don’t send passwords by email.
