Information you provide

If you contact Ledgeworks by email or book a call, the information you send is used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential engagement, arrange the meeting, and maintain ordinary business records.

Scheduling

The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com and loads only after you choose to schedule a call. Cal.com processes the details you submit and may process standard device, request, and cookie information under its own privacy terms. Confirmed meetings are added to the connected Google Calendar.

Website data

Vercel hosts this website and processes technical request information. Google Analytics is used to understand website visits and may process device and browser details, referring pages, approximate location, and cookies. We do not intentionally send billing details to analytics.

Payments and subscriptions

Stripe processes checkout, invoices, recurring payments, and the customer billing portal. Stripe collects your contact, business, billing, and payment details under its privacy policy. Ledgeworks does not receive or store your full card number. We keep Stripe transaction references, plan and payment status, and service records in private Supabase storage to arrange services, reconcile payments, and respond to billing questions.

An essential cookie connects a checkout session to your browser so we can show its payment status. It expires after one day and is not used for advertising.

Sharing and retention

Ledgeworks does not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the website and business, or disclosed when required by law. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
