Clear scope before work begins

Website builds, software projects, mobile applications, and services advertised with a “from” price require an agreed written scope. Starting prices are not final quotes. A proposal confirms deliverables, timing, revision limits, third-party costs, and the payment schedule. Project deposits are requested only after scope approval.

Monthly website care and SEO maintenance

Website Care is $99 USD per month. SEO Maintenance is $149 USD per month. Each covers one website and the work listed on its plan page. Billing starts when you complete checkout and renews monthly until canceled. The checkout screen shows the amount due before you authorize payment.

Website Care includes monthly checks of key pages, mobile usability, availability, contact forms, and important links; routine compatible dependency and security updates with checks after changes; a monthly check-in about seasonal changes, promotions, and outdated information; and a short work summary with one practical recommendation. These routine activities are separate from the included hour of small content edits using text and images you provide. With your approval, that hour may instead cover a suggested small usability improvement. Minor fixes needed for those routine updates are included; major version upgrades and larger repairs require a separate quote. Email support receives an initial response within two business days, Monday through Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays; this is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution time.

SEO Maintenance covers one existing website and an agreed local market. It includes initial local competitor research and a prioritized SEO plan, monthly search visibility and indexing checks, a short progress summary, and next steps. Initial research is refreshed as needed rather than rebuilt each month. Up to two hours per month cover targeted improvements to existing pages, internal links, and eligible Google Business Profiles. Research, monitoring, and reporting are separate from the two-hour improvement allowance. New pages, substantial writing, and larger projects require a separate quote.

Unused editing and SEO improvement allowances do not roll over. New pages, redesigns, integrations, substantial content, migrations, and work beyond the listed coverage require a separate quote and your approval before work begins. Hosting, domains, and paid third-party services are separate costs.

SEO Growth

SEO Growth starts at $399 USD per month for one website and an agreed local market. It includes SEO Maintenance, including its two monthly optimization hours, plus one new service or location page or substantial rewrite of one existing page each month. That page includes original copy drafting of up to 800 words using facts and assets you provide, publishing in the existing website layout, and one revision round. You approve the facts and content before publication. The monthly page is additional to the two optimization hours.

Growth also includes a monthly keyword and competitor opportunity review, a 30-minute monthly planning call with Sam, and a progress report covering completed work, search performance, and next priorities. Unused monthly page, revision, call, and optimization allowances do not roll over. Customer approvals and access are needed to complete agreed work. Extra pages or markets, larger writing programs, custom layouts, and development receive a separate quote. Paid tools and advertising spend are separate costs.

The written scope and final recurring price are approved before a tailored Stripe checkout link is sent. The checkout confirms the monthly amount and billing start before payment. Growth replaces a separate SEO Maintenance subscription; it does not include Website Care. Future renewals may be canceled at the end of the paid period. Search rankings, leads, and revenue are not guaranteed.

Backend development and application support

Custom databases, accounts, permissions, payment workflows, integrations, and business applications are scoped under Custom Software or as additions to a website project. Smaller integrations receive their own quote. Website Care covers routine upkeep only for the setup agreed at onboarding; new backend workflows, database changes, payment-system troubleshooting, and substantial application repairs require a separate scope. Ongoing Application Support is quoted for the systems, monitoring, and response expectations involved.

Cancellation

You can cancel future renewals anytime through Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period; service continues through that period. Canceling stops future renewals and does not automatically issue a refund for a payment already made. Contact us if you believe a charge is incorrect or need to discuss a refund; any rights required by applicable law still apply.

Getting started

After enrollment, Sam will contact you using the email address provided at checkout to arrange website access and the first month’s work. Please confirm that you own the website or are authorized to request work on it. Do not email passwords. If substantial existing problems put the site outside the listed plan scope, we will discuss the work and price with you before performing additional services.

Payments and billing records

Stripe processes payments and stores payment-method details. Ledgeworks retains transaction references and service records to support your plan and maintain business records. See our privacy notice. Search rankings, traffic, sales, and uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms cannot be guaranteed.
